Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team to develop and carry out individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, ancillary services, and other staff; supervise supportive personnel.
