Baptist Health in Nassau - Fernandina Beach is seeking a newly licensed RN to enter our Nurse Residency program. This residency supports new grads transitioning from nursing school into professional practice across Medical-Surgical units and hospital teams.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to develop individualized plans

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians, ancillary services, and other members of the healthcare team.
