Job summary

Inova Health System invites new graduate RNs to apply for the RN New Graduate Residency program. This one-year residency focuses on expanding clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership in the acute care setting.

Positions span multiple Inova facilities in Northern Virginia with day, evening, and night shifts. Eligible BSN/MSN/ADN graduates and Virginia RN licensure are required, with tuition and loan assistance and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• RN with less than one year of experience or new graduate.
• Currently licensed as RN in Virginia or under eNLC to practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required on start.
