Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse for the Neurosurgery Clinic to support patients through surgical journeys and coordinate care.

The RN will handle rooming, vital signs, documentation, medications, minor procedures, prescriptions, and scheduling support, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30am–5:00pm and no weekends. RN licensure required, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state of practice.
• BLS (American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for a Full - Time (1.0 FTE) RN role for Boise Neurosurgery Clinic!

What You Can Expect

In this role, the RN supports patients through complex surgical journeys.

The RN Will Assist With The Following

• Obtain and document patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
• Provide clinical and technical support to providers during patient visits and minor procedures.

• Support patient care coordination such as surgery scheduling and other clinic needs as assigned.

Clinic location will be at Boise Medical Center.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 830a-500p. No weekends/holidays!

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 years' experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
