Job summary

• Provide and facilitate competent health care of patients and families.

• Provide health and wellness education to individuals and groups.
• Act as preceptor and support development of staff and students.
• Lead initiatives to improve care quality or clinical outcomes.
• Assist with departmental standing orders and processes.
• Assist with lumbar punctures as needed.
• Administer medications via IV and IM routes.
• Perform visual field testing.
• Complete MRI safety screenings.
• Patient phone triage.
• Obtain prior authorization through insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $33.11per hour - $53.88per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
