Job Description

This role serves as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, and supporting departmental goals. The nurse must exhibit professionalism, accountability, and support the company's nursing philosophy.

Education
  • Required: Registered Nurse diploma
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Work Experience
  • Required: None
Certifications
  • Required: Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Required: BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area
