Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Medical‑Surgical RN (Neuro) to provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Night shift, 7:00PM–7:30AM, 36 hours/week, with sign‑on bonuses for experienced and new graduate nurses.

Graduate nurses are encouraged to apply; active MO RN license and BLS are required or must be obtained within 30 days. Location offers day‑one benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).
• BSN preferred.
• Prior hospital or acute-care nursing experience.
• Specialty certifications.
• New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in the Medical‑Surgical setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to care for patients.
