Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital in St George, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse Neuro/Ortho/Spine Surgery Program Coordinator to coordinate specialized neurological, orthopedic, and spine surgical care. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and multidisciplinary partners to align care across the patient journey.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, protocol development, quality improvement, and program operations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited program; must obtain BSN within four years if not already.
• Demonstrated disease-specific care expertise and quality management experience.
• Proficient computer skills including graphs, tables, trend reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the continuum and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Develop and review care protocols, policies, and procedures with nursing leadership.
• Provide program oversight for personnel and assist in planning and budgeting.
• Monitor outcomes, drive quality improvement and patient experience efforts.
