Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC seeks a registered nurse to provide high-quality resident care in a safe, clean environment. You will develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.

The role requires performing nursing diagnoses, administering medications, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses that guide the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with the resident and healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and that procedures meet state and government requirements.
• Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• An active RN license
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity
• The ability to work flexible hours
• SNF/LTC experience preferred
