Job summary

Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking an RN Navigator for the Breast Center. The role supports patient care decisions in collaboration with the manager and nursing initiatives, shaping outcomes and the future of nursing.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with opportunities to engage in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives to elevate care and nursing practice.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Oncology RN experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support breast center patients through care coordination.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to plan patient-centered care.
• Ensure timely completion of ACLS/BLS requirements.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Oncology RN experience is preferred
