Bon Secours Mercy Health in Virginia seeks a Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, timely vital signs assessment, IV administration and care planning to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of RN experience, and current RN licensure. BLS is preferred on hire; ACLS may be used if BLS is not yet obtained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
• One year of RN experience (required).
• Current state RN licensure required.
• BLS (preferred at hire); ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, document charting and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per State of Practice and Mercy Health policies.
