Southern Health Partners is seeking an RN MTA or LPN MSC to join the healthcare team at the Stokes County Jail in North Carolina. This leadership-focused role combines hands-on nursing with supervision to ensure quality care throughout the facility.

Day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a rotating schedule, offering a full-time opportunity and the chance to lead clinical operations while delivering compassionate, standards-aligned care in a secure setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN licensure in North Carolina.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate healthcare services and communicate patient needs to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily clinical operations and maintain continuity of care.
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and facility requirements.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism in a secure environment.
