Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (MTA) or Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Services Coordinator (MSC) for the Stokes County Jail in North Carolina.

This full-time role offers leadership responsibilities while continuing direct patient care in a correctional setting. You will work day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM on a rotating schedule, ensuring smooth healthcare operations, administering medications, conducting assessments, and coordinating

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care in accordance with established protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete assessments and identify changes in patient condition
• Coordinate healthcare services and communicate patient needs to the appropriate members of the healthcare team
• Assist with daily clinical operations and maintain continuity of care
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and facility requirements
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism in a secure environment
