This full‑time position offers leadership duties while continuing to provide hands-on patient care in a correctional setting.

The role requires overseeing the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care in accordance with established protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete assessments and identify changes in patient condition
• Coordinate healthcare services and communicate patient needs to the appropriate members of the healthcare team
• Assist with daily clinical operations and maintain continuity of care
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and facility requirements
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism in a secure environment
