Southern Health Partners in North Carolina is seeking an experienced RN MTA or LPN MSC to join the Stokes County Jail healthcare team. This leadership‑focused role combines hands‑on patient care with oversight responsibilities in a correctional setting.

You will oversee care delivery, administer medications, coordinate services with medical and correctional staff, and ensure documentation and compliance while maintaining compassionate, professional patient interactions on the day shift.

Qualifications

• RN MTA or LPN MSC with leadership-focused responsibilities in a correctional setting.
• Ability to oversee care delivery while providing hands-on patient care.
• Effective coordination with medical and correctional staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate healthcare services and communicate patient needs to the appropriate members of the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily clinical operations and maintain continuity of care.
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and facility requirements.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism in a secure environment.
