Job summary

Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts seeks an experienced RN Didactic and Clinical Instructor for our Concord, CA RN/BSN Nursing Program. This full-time position combines classroom teaching with clinical supervision.

The successful candidate must hold a California RN license, an MSN from an accredited institution, and at least three years of direct patient care in the last five years, with strong communication skills across diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in California.
• MSN from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years of continuous RN direct patient care within the last 5 years.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse student body, staff, faculty, and administrators.
• Ability to use computers and teaching technologies.

Responsibilities

• Teach nursing students in classroom and clinical settings.
• Deliver didactic and clinical instruction in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
• Collaborate with campus staff and clinical facilities to coordinate experiences.
