Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a RN for a 13-week Telemetry Med-Surg assignment in Arizona. Day shift, 12-hour, 1:5 patient ratio. License must be in hand before submitting. ACLS and BLS are required; CPI preferred. Pyxis and MedHost documentation experience is needed.

Travelers welcome; three shifts per week with on-call once a month. Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered. Unit has 10 rooms and 16 beds.

Description:13-week assignment.First-time travelers are welcome.Patient ratio is 1:5.Experience with Pyxis medication system and MedHost documentation system is needed.Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered.Weekly schedule will involve 3 shifts per week.Call required for low census or on call shift once every month.No blocked scheduling will be accommodated.Previous supervisory reference may be required.Travel experience is required.Nursing care will be provided to adult and geriatric patients.Daily census will range from 3 to 5 patients.Unit will have 10 rooms and 16 beds.Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy.Consideration for travelers with one DUI incident is allowed if it occurred more than one year ago.No references to any specific healthcare facilities or locations are included in the posting.
