Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3x12s)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Position Overview:

Join our dedicated and dynamic team on D100 Med-Surg/Telemetry at Catholic Medical Center, where compassionate care meets clinical excellence. We are seeking a hardworking, skilled Travel RN to support our 47-bed unit focused on moderate acuity medical-surgical telemetry patients, including vascular and bariatric cases.

What You'll Do

1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to a variety of patients in a fast-paced Med-Surg/Tele setting.
2. Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including RNs, LNAs, Monitor Techs, and Support Staff.
4. Float to other Med-Surg Tele units as needed.
5. Maintain accurate EMR documentation using Sunrise.

You Bring:

Required:

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience
• ACLS & BLS certifications (AHA only)
• Strong telemetry skills

Preferred:

• Bariatric patient experience
• Cardiac nursing background

Unit & Facility Snapshot:

• Beds: 47
• Staff per night shift: 1 Charge RN, 9 RNs, 4 LNAs, 1 Monitor Tech
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 nights
• Equipment: Alaris pumps, bladder scanners, chest tube systems, Dinamaps, vein finders, more
• Scrubs: No assigned color, comfortable attire encouraged

Schedule & Perks:

• Night Shift: 3x12s (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Weekends: Every other weekend
• Duration: 13-week assignment
