Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical Telemetry assignment in Washington. The unit has 96 beds and telemetry-enabled monitors to support patient care. You will titrate drips and read strips, ensuring accurate patient assessment and safety.

Requirements include an active RN license and BLS certification, with about 1 year of experience preferred. Expect 12-hour day shifts, occasional float, and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Description:We are seeking a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry specialty.The unit has 96 beds with nurse-to-patient ratios typically ranging from 1:4 to 1:6.Common diagnoses seen in this unit include congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, and general surgical patients.RNs are required to titrate drips, including medications such as Heparin, Blood, and IV fluids.There are also nurse aides present with ratios ranging from 1:8 to 1:16.The unit is equipped for telemetry, featuring monitor techs, while RNs are responsible for validating and reading strips.All RNs may be required to float within their scope of practice based on patient census.Candidates must be available for weekend shifts as needed by the unit.Holiday coverage will be required in 2026.The dress code includes navy scrubs.
