Qualifications

• 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year of labor and delivery and/or mother-baby nursing experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
• 1 year of leadership experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical management of the mother-baby unit.
• Perform therapeutic patient-centered nursing care to delivering mothers.
• Support personnel management functions like hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and quality metrics.
