Job summary

Mercy’s Mother Baby unit is hiring for nights, full-time 36 hrs/week in a high-energy obstetrics environment. New graduates may be filled, but experienced RNs are welcome to apply for this demanding role in a leading Mercy facility.

Responsibilities include patient care in obstetrics with lactation support involvement; NP/CPR certifications are required; candidates must maintain current RN licensure and relevant state requirements.

Qualifications

• Nurses with RN licensure and certification requirements as per state regulations.
• CPR-based resuscitation program knowledge and neonatal care familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics and mother-baby patient care in a high-energy unit.
• Support Well Newborn Care and Post-Women's Surgical unit duties as assigned.
• Maintain required unit certifications and participate in lactation support as needed.
