Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through nursing assessments and monitor health status.
• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform treatments.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Monitor treatment responses and communicate concerns to the team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and progress notes.
