Job summary

Working Nurse is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse (RN) who will organize, plan, and coordinate patient care for a defined group of patients, delivering high quality, family centered care based on the Watson Model. This is a Full Time Days position in Los Angeles (ZIP 90059) with a 12-hour accountability, MedSurg/Telemetry/ICU responsibilities, and a pay range of $52.25–$83.56 per hour.

Requirements include California RN license, BLS/ACLS, 1+ year acute care experience or Med/Surg/Telemetry, and

Qualifications

• Licensed CA RN required (or eligible to obtain CA RN license).
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience; Med/Surg/Telemetry preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS; CPI/Blue Card within 90 days may be required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.
• Coordinate and direct care for a defined group of patients.
• Ensure care is organized and compliant with the Watson Model of Care.
