Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments.

You will be accountable for care quality, participate in ongoing education, and enjoy benefits including sign-on bonus up to $20,000, day-one coverage, PTO, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing/walking.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
  • Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
