CHI Health Plainview seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high‑quality patient care in a 15‑bed critical access facility serving Pierce, Antelope and Knox counties in Nebraska.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, work with an interdisciplinary team, and support patient recovery, with a focus on safety and excellence. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and education assistance up to $10,000 available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Registered Nurse licensure in NE.
• BLS/CPR at hire, ACLS/PALS within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
