Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle. The role requires adherence to nursing processes, collaboration with the care team, and commitment to quality outcomes.

The candidate must hold an RN license in Georgia (or multistate license) and BCLS certification; Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with no experience required for some positions and opportunities for growth within a supportive, diverse environment.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• State licensure as RN in Georgia is required or eligible.

• He/she functions within the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
• The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible Required
• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
