Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking a staff RN for the Nephrology/Urology Unit on a full-time, day shift (7am–7pm). The unit provides dialysis services and specialized urological care, with training in Peritoneal Dialysis and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities include providing holistic nursing care across the lifecycle, coordinating care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Licensure in Georgia and BLS are required; BSN preferred; new grads eligible.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia and BLS certification are required.
• BSN preferred; new graduates eligible for PRN or staff roles.
• Experience in hospital setting preferred, especially nephrology/ urology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care from birth through lifecycle using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient safety, coordinate care and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Ensure appropriate patient ratios and document care plans.
