The role provides personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment through evaluation, builds meaningful connections with patients and families, and contributes to performance improvement and governance initiatives. Active RN license with BLS/ACLS and 2+ years Med Surg required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience and computer data entry proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies.
