Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state Compact).
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; national specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Med Surg experience with proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
