Job summary

Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Registered Nurse staff nurse to deliver direct patient care under general supervision, following established policies and procedures. You will work with patients, families and the care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment plans.

Qualified candidates hold Basic Cardiac Life Support, an RN license (ADN/BSN/MSN), and have 2 years of acute care medsurg experience.

Qualifications

• BCLS certification required.
• RN registered nurse with current license.
• Degree in nursing: ADN, BSN, or MSN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision following policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and coordinate treatment plans with the care team.
• Collaborate with patient and family to support care goals.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary: Under general supervision the RN staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans.

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Masters Degree
• 2 years of acute care medsurg experience required
