Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit in Petersburg, West Virginia. The 13-week contract runs night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with alternating weekends and holidays as scheduled.

The unit has 18 beds and cares for COPD, CHF, joint replacements, hysterectomies, and general postoperative cases. RNs receive telemetry/monitor tech support and charge nurses on every shift; titration of drips is not required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification required.

Job Description

This position is on a Medical-Surgical unit with 18 beds. The unit primarily sees patients with common diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, total joint replacements, hysterectomies, and general postoperative cases. Registered Nurses will receive support from telemetry or monitor techs on the unit, and charge nurses will be available on every shift. RNs will not be required to titrate any drips.
