Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role operates within organizational policies and emphasizes professional growth and accountability.

The incumbent will coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff, maintain standards of practice, and contribute to high-quality nursing care throughout the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
• No experience required; new graduates eligible (Required).
• Nursing experience in hospital setting (Preferred).
• 1 year in hospital setting for PRN positions (Preferred).
• RN licensure in Georgia (Required).
• BCLS certification (Required).
• Advanced certification in specialty (if applicable).
