Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to join the 7M Medical Telemetry Unit. You will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and coordinate discharges in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license, a nursing degree (Diploma/ADN/BSN), and at least one year of acute care experience or military RN service, plus BLS certification.
*This position is eligible for a shift differential of $5/hour.*

Mercy Hospital’s 7M Medical Telemetry Unit cares for a diverse population of patients managing various physical and mental health conditions. Some of the patients on this unit include those who have peg tubes, foley catheters, central lines, and tracheostomies, are post-heart catheterization, require wound care, have drug and alcohol addictions, or have mental illnesses and are waiting for placement at a psychiatric facility. Minimal bedside procedures are done on this unit, but caregivers occasionally see fluid aspiration from joints and incision/drainage of small skin abscesses. As an RN on this team, you will assist your fellow caregivers in ensuring these patients feel comfortable, safe and supported while receiving or awaiting treatment. You will join a close-knit family of staff that fosters respect, collaboration and growth. A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00PM - 7:30AM, including rotating weekends and holidays.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Minimum hourly: $35.50
Maximum hourly: $55.60
