Qualifications

• RN license (state-specific) and clinical leadership experience.
• Experience leading a healthcare team in a high-stakes setting.
• Familiarity with correctional health care operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day healthcare operations within the facility.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to the healthcare team.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care and assist with patient assessments as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.
