Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Team Administrator to oversee healthcare operations at Catoosa County Jail in Georgia. This full-time, weekday role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a correctional setting.

You’ll coordinate a small healthcare team, ensure compassionate, quality care, maintain documentation, and drive workflow improvements while upholding safety and compliance in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day healthcare operations within the facility.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to the healthcare team.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care and assist with patient assessments as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and help ensure appropriate follow-up care.
• Support staff training, development, and adherence to clinical standards.
