Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) at Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. The role combines hands-on nursing with clinical coordination to support quality patient care in a correctional setting, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Oversee and coordinate daily healthcare services while supporting quality, patient-centered care.
Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and respond to changing patient needs.
Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff.
Coordinate patient care with medical providers and other members of the healthcare team.
Communicate effectively with correctional personnel and facility leadership regarding healthcare operations.
Help maintain consistent clinical practices and compliance with established protocols and company policies.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Support the organization of daily medical department activities and continuity of care.
Use sound clinical judgment to prioritize responsibilities and address patient care needs.
