Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC at Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to combine bedside care with clinical oversight and team coordination. This full-time, day-shift position runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, offering stability and continuity in a correctional healthcare setting.

You will lead nursing care delivery, coordinate the healthcare team's daily activities, and serve as a clinical resource for staff while ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Licensed RN required, Wisconsin license preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in correctional or healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care in a correctional setting.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Coordinate daily activities of the healthcare team.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and staff.
• Collaborate with officers, providers, and leadership.
• Ensure care follows SHP policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the medical dept.
• Work independently as a dependable clinical resource.
