The position offers a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM with a sign-on and retention bonus. Ideal for an RN who values organized, patient-centered care in a predictable work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for incarcerated patients.
• Coordinate and support daily medical team operations.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, and medication administration as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist with patient care documentation and communication.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the team.
