Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin.

This role blends hands-on patient care with clinical leadership in a structured correctional healthcare setting. With a Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule, you will help ensure quality healthcare services, support the medical team operations, and serve as a clinical resource for staff.

Qualifications

• RN license and active state licensure.
• Clinical leadership experience in hospital or correctional settings.
• Strong documentation and care coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Help maintain compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team.
