RN Medical Team Administrator at Southern Health Partners

The RN Medical Team Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating patient care within a secure environment, emphasizing ethical decision-making and nursing autonomy. Our Nurses uphold ethics as the foundation of nursing practice, making critical decisions daily. The Medical Team is led by local Nurse Administrators who coordinate patient needs and care plans. This role offers more autonomy than a typical Director of Nursing, enabling nurses to make better, quicker, evidence-based decisions.
