Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This role blends hands-on patient care with clinical leadership in a structured correctional setting.

The RN MTA will oversee daily operations of the medical team, ensure quality nursing care, and support documentation and compliance while maintaining a predictable daytime schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team
