Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX. This full-time night position focuses on telemetry care for stroke, chest pain, and med-surg populations with 1:4-5 RN-patient ratios.

Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance is available; excellent benefits and RN bonus program are offered. Must have 1 year telemetry RN experience and an active Texas RN license.

Patient Population: Stroke, Chest Pain, Med-surg, Telemetry

Patient Ratios: 1:4-5

Number of Rooms: 26 on 2 South and 4-10 beds on 2 North

Shift: Full-Time Nights

Required Experience: Candidates MUST have minimum of 1yr of true, recent Telemetry RN experience.

The hospital carries multiple designations including Level III Trauma, Chest Pain Accreditation, Primary Stroke Accreditation, Maternal and Level III NICU. Nursing is on their journey towards Pathways to Excellence and will seek Magnet designation once they complete Pathways.
