Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital, Gravette, AR, is hiring Registered Nurses for Medical Surgical and Swing Bed units. Multiple shifts available (days, evenings, nights, weekends) with FT, PT, and PRN opportunities.

Nurses will provide inpatient care, monitor and support patients, and collaborate closely with the care team in a smaller hospital setting. Comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas or Compact Licensure State.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in the Medical Surgical unit.
• Care for a diverse patient population, including post-procedural recovery needs.
• Support patients and families with discharge planning and education.
• Collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced hospital setting.
