Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN for part-time hours to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care. The RN will operate within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, demonstrating leadership in precepting, informal leadership, and quality improvement.

On-campus duties may require driving a personal vehicle. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship; state licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent certification are required for sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience mentoring and teaching others in a clinical setting.
• Team collaboration and participation on committees or projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education.
