Job summary

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team in Highland, IL. This full-time role (36 hrs/week) includes night shifts with a weekend option and a $12,500 sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred), and a current BLS certification. Experience in healthcare is preferred. Comprehensive benefits are provided to eligible colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as RN in state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Provide care on Medical/Surgical units as scheduled.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
