Commitment Incentive: Up to $20,000 for qualified candidates

Position Summary:

The Med/Surg RN will provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position will meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural, and other needs of the patient and family, and will communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team regarding changes in the patient’s condition or response to treatment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required Education: Associate degree is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Required License: Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Required Certification: American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Other: At least 1 year of RN experience.
