Registered Nurse – Medical Oncology ICU

Are you a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in Oncology? Join our dynamic team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care in the fast-paced environment of our Medical Oncology ICU.

Position Highlights:
  • Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible position for Experienced RNs!
  • Shift Schedule: Full time, Days, 7am – 7pm
  • Location: Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center

What You’ll Need:

What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Oncology ICU, you will provide compassionate and efficient care to patients in urgent medical situations. Your expertise, critical thinking, and communication skills will be vital in assessing, diagnosing, and coordinating care to ensure the best outcomes.

  • Patient/Family Centered Care: Use the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, conduct assessments, develop diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan interventions, and coordinate care.

  • Effective Communication: Foster collaboration through excellent communication skills and participate in professional practice initiatives.
