Summary of Job Duties: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care, coordinate care for patients, triage, and collaborate with clinic providers, fellows, and staff. Responsibilities include working with referral sources, facilitating appointments, transitioning care, and patient education on complex conditions. The RN will develop and implement individual health plans with patients, families, and providers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associates Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelors, or Master’s)
• Valid Arkansas RN License
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more years of Oncology Nursing experience
• Current BLS and National Nursing Certification
