Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care while providing a holistic view of patient status.
• Conduct assessments and develop a comprehensive Standard of Care to meet patient outcomes.
• Follow established nursing objectives, standards, policies and procedures in administering care.
• Provide ongoing assessment and reassessment to meet changing patient needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure equipment readiness, while complying with hospital standards.
