SCAN is a nonprofit health organization seeking a Nursing leadership role to oversee Medical Management clinical staff and ensure compliance with CMS, DMHC, DHCS, and NCQA standards. The role includes performance assessments, coaching, and education delivery.

The position features mostly remote work with monthly travel to SCAN's Long Beach, CA HQ, competitive base pay, and an annual bonus program. Eligible for robust benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; RN license required.
• 2-3 years of related experience with leadership experience.
• Experience with inpatient Utilization Management.
• Medicare Advantage knowledge required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff operations, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Audit quality and compliance; provide coaching and performance improvement plans.
• Offer guidance on complex clinical issues and escalation paths.
• Support policy/procedure development and training materials.
